SNT Dynamics Co., Ltd.

Recommendation of the Council on Ethics 2025-10-23.

The Council on Ethics for the AP Funds' (The Council on Ethics) position on anti-personnel mines is informed by the Ottawa Convention or the Treaty on the prohibition of anti-personnel mines, which has been signed and ratified by Sweden. The Council on Ethics recommends exclusion of companies that produce, store, trade, or use anti-personnel mines.

SNT Dynamics Co., Ltd., a South Korean defense company, meets the established exclusion criteria as it is assessed to be involved in the production of an anti-personnel mine deployer system, which is considered tailor-made and essential for the lethal use of the anti-personnel mines.

The Council on Ethics therefore recommends that the company SNT Dynamics Co., Ltd., be excluded because it produces an anti-personnel mine deployer system and is thus considered to be in violation of the Ottawa Convention or the Treaty on the prohibition of anti-personnel mines.
