The Council on Ethics’ basic position on debated products and services is first and foremost, whether the business is legal in Sweden or not. If it is a legal operation, it is also reasonable that the AP Funds can invest in it. Several disputed products have in recent years been addressed by various international conventions, such as cluster weapons and tobacco. The Council on Ethics reports its position on some disputed products, services and areas.
